Hello Sara, its Ryan Irvin. Haven't been up to the shop for so
long just wanted to say hi and thank you again. Spring time is coming soon, I
hope, and because of your extra effort and great work I still get to look
forward to riding my bike this summer. Without your call to Harley Credit I
would have never been able make the payments. I am now working 60 to 70 hours a
week trying to get caught up with everything before summer. I can't wait to get
back up to the lake for camping and ride over to see everyone at the shop. See

Thanks so much for your personal touch at the Service One Christmas Party. We had a great time. Loved the food and drinks, especially the Bacardi Raz. It is our favorite beverage... Made it home safe and sound. Started out as flurries and then snowed all the way home... Could hardly see the road but slowed down and kept safe... Glad to pull into the garage. The music was great also and the guy played all of our favorites. Thanks to all the staff for being so friendly. It sure is fun being a service one customer. Keep up the great work. Will be up Saturday if the weather is not bad. Also had a call this am from Harley main office and I gave you great ratings on my last service call. I rated everything excellent. Happy New Year and Merry Christmas.

I have to say that I have been overly impressed with the service that I have received from you, Travis and all the other staff at Mason City Harley!! I know that I didn't go wrong with my purchase from you guys and I'm sure I will enjoy all the benefits that you guys provide... THANKS again!! If you would like to just hold on to it that would be fine- that way I have a great excuse to come back down and visit!! ;) Hope fully I'll get some miles put on this weekend and enjoy what cold be the last riding weekend of the year. Hi Sara, I just wanted to say thank you for the cool package I got from UPS today. I could really use some reading material because I'm stuck in the house for 5 more weeks and the mug will come in handy big time. I think my daughter might have called dibs on the suckers though. Its nice to feel like more than a customer and I have always felt that way about Mason City Harley. Everyone there has been so great to me and my family. It has been the only place I have ever shopped that has helped me relize a dream, and has also got my dad and I closer. Thanks so much for the great fun at the Harley Party Saturday night. The food was fantastic- The entertainment was great. The VIP tent wasvery unexpected and we felt really welcome. Thanks to Brandy for calling to make sure we attended. We thought the Tiki party last year was great but this one was even better. Joyce and I really enjoyed having it at the store location and it was a great idea to have the store open to sell stuff or just cool off and use the restrooms. Thanks to Steve, Rhonda and Ron and all the staff at the Harley Shop. You guys are definitely the number one Dealer in Iowa if not the USA. Our bike ran like the wind out to Deadwood and back. We did our usual 700 miles in one day out and back. Not bad for a guy who just turned 76 out in Deadwood. Also celebrated our 52nd wedding anniversary in Deadwood. Again thanks again for all you do for all your Harley customers. I hope they realize how lucky they are to be treated so special. The Shrimp were first class in the VIP tent for Service One customers. Might be a good reason to purchase that service. I figure our lives depend on the best service people in the world working on that bike. We have complete trust in the work the Harley techs do on our bike. Thanks for the free food at the Brown Bottle in Waterloo last Saturday. We ate early before the group arrived because we had to get to church. We had the Orange Roughy and it was delicious. Talked with the Boss who buys his Harleys from Mason City also. We will try to make the stock car races this Sunday if weather permits. Thanks again for the invitation for both events. You really treat your Service One customers great. We really do appreciate all that the Harley staff does for us. We feel like one of the family at the Mason City Harley dealership. I trust you with my life on that bike with your service department. I know they will do things right and keep me and my wife safe.
