"I wanted to take time today to say a big "Thank You" to your service team at Mason City Harley-Davidson. Myself and two friends were on a motorcycle trip last Saturday, heading from Portage, WI to the Black Hills. I got a flat tire just outside of Mason City and called your service team at Harley. They were quick to react, extremely professional and had me back on the road in just a couple of hours. The most impressive thing to me is that I drive a Honda VTX, but that didn't matter to your staff. They saw a biker that was stranded and in need of help late in the afternoon on a Saturday and went above and beyond to help me out. They even sourced out the tire/tube at a jap dealer that didn't even have a service team working on Saturday to help me out. I am a Vice President at a small company in Madison, WI, and I know that as a leader of a company we usually hear more bad than good, so I wanted to make sure that you were able to hear some great things about your staff. I especially want to give kudos to Brandy, Brett "Cookie" and Jake from your service department, they were fantastic to work with. I've owned Harleys in the past, and it's experiences like this that will make me strongly consider moving back to Harley's again. Keep up the great work, and best of luck to you. "The people. I live in Des Moines, Iowa. That is about 160 miles north of them. I work in Ames. I could have bought my bike at six different shops that are half the distance from me. I chose them because they are low pressure. They make me feel like they appreciate me driving that far to them. Other places it is hard to get in, but there, they always get me in. "

"Travis. He picked me up from the airport and took me to the hotel. Picked me up from the hotel and took me to the dealership. He introduced me to everyone. I took the bike for a test ride. When I got back they asked me if there was anything they can do to make it better for me. They bent over backwards to make me happy. I love the bike. I rode it all the way back home through the worst weather you could ever face on a bike and it gave me no problems what so ever. I asked Travis for his business card and I've been distributing it around to everyone I feel is serious about purchasing. I'll be going back down there next month for some service and an oil change. I let them do everything because I trust them and that means a lot to me. I went to a dealership looking for a Harley I wanted and the salesman tried to sell me a Honda. I didn't like that. When you walk in to Harley-Davidson of Mason City all you see is Harleys. How do you improve on perfection? When you got people who are giving their all, you can't ask for anymore. They treated me like a king."

"I'm very impressed with dealing over the internet. Originally, I found the bike on the internet and then made some phone calls to the dealership. The salesman (Jack) told me what else he had and I was really impressed with him and I got him to be my eyes. In the report that he reported back to me, he was very particular and that's what I wanted. I didn't want the bike to be explained or described as one thing and when I receive it to be different. I would recommend you people 100%. When he started returning phone calls on the weekends during his days off, I was very impressed. In other words, he had time for me. After the transaction that I have done with them, they are honest, truthful and upfront. Their choice of people/carrier that the used to ship the bike was top notch (the bike was shipped to Canada)Jack is the one that did everything for me. He is the front man. I hope he gets a raise from this! They did everything and the way they approached the whole thing was first class. "

Like most motorcycle owners I have made several modifications to my ride. The parts department has been great, Todd is always willing to help and give suggestions. I could not be more happy with the service department, Brandy & Cookie for getting things rolling. Paul for the motor up grades that he has completed. Charlie for the work that he has done, taking the time to show and explain what he is doing means a lot. I am sure people are being left out that have also helped. "I found a great deal on my bike on ebay. Being from Tucson, AZ is was a bit leery about buying a used bike long distance, but all the staff, especially Sara, were extremely helpful and supportive in every way. All of the paperwork was completed telephonically, or by mail, arrangements made for shipping and my bike arrived very quickly in excellent condition. It was 14 years old, but is still running strong a year later. I highly recommend Mason City Harley to anyone wanting fairness, honesty, and integrity in seeking to purchase a bike. "Jim, I just wanted to Thank you Guys (and Gals) again for the prompt and courteous service provided to us on the recent purchase of the 2008 V-rod and the service on my '06 Street Glide. You folks are the epitome of what a Harley shop should be. We really enjoyed doing business with you. We made it to Manitowoc for the Car ferry , of course it runs only once a day this time of year but what a blast to ride! (Thanks for the suggestion) The V-rod was everything Susan had dreamed it would be and then some ( already had the 1,000 mile service) with our journey ending with over 1800 miles on it! We managed 11 states in 11 days with an ending total of slightly over 3,000 miles. Be sure to Thank Charlie Again for me, the Street Glide ran like a champ all the way back. I appreciate the honesty with the clutch cable, you guys could have got me on that one! If/ when we make it back up that way again, We'll be sure to stop in and say Hello. I offered to put money down to hold the bike till the next weekend when i returned, Jim would'nt do that...instead he shook my hand and said sold..see ya next Saturday. Now In this day and age how many other dealers would do that.We took car of Financing and all that good stuf over the phone.I Returned the next Saturday signed the paperwork(that also went off with out a hitch)and drove my hack home. "I am very pleased with the service I received from the Mason City Harley Dealer. I rode my sporty from Wisconsin to the Davis Rally in Iowa. A day after I arrived in Iowa I noticed that my clutch didn't feel right. I looked at the cable and saw it was clinging to life by about 3 strands. I rode to Charles City just to find out that they didn't have the part I needed. However, they called and referred me to Mason City. I rode off to Mason City and they got me back on the road in no time. A special thanks goes out to Paul Carman for the new clutch cable! You guys are GREAT!!!"
